3 tips for hair growth

Hey GlamFam! So many people are always asking me for tips to make their hair grow, so I am doing this quick video on my top 3 tips to help your hair grown, help you retain length, and help you have healthier hair!

1) Nutrition
What you eat and drink comes out in your hair skin and nails, so be mindful of what you are eating and drinking! If you put junk in, junk comes out!

2) Proper Conditioning
Most people don’t leave their conditioner in long enough, make sure to leave it in for 3-5 minutes and rinse with COOL water. Deep conditioning is also great for optimal growth, moisture, and length retention.

3) Heat Management
Make sure you aren’t overusing heat! So many people have their irons up as hot as it will go, while that gets the job done faster, it can do permanent and irreversible damage to the hair. Try exploring heat free options for styling like roller seats, twist outs, braids and braid outs, and wigs, etc.
