Rosemary For Hair Growth || For Hair Loss || For Grey Hair

This video covers the many benefits of rosemary for hair growth, hair loss, and premature greying. It can also be used to stop shedding.

The recipes are quite simple

A few rosemary stalks and in blow or cup, add boiled water and let brew for 15 mins and that’s it. If you want the super potent boiled the fresh stalks or dried leaves on the stove for 5-10mins on low heat and let sit for 24 hours. Remember to leave the stalks and leaves in the water as they continue to release their goodness. If your doesn’t turn red after the first time put it back on the stove with the stalks in the water and let it simmer for a little longer on low heat.

Apply to the scalp and hair once per week (always massage the scalp) and always follow up with a moisturizing leave-in conditioner.
